If a local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, or if the product is customized, the order will be shipped directly from our factory. In such cases, delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier, but remain within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on most orders.

In rare cases, shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional shipping fee. Remote area classification is determined by logistics carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, not by Xintimate.

If additional charges apply, customers will be notified before shipment.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Address Changes:
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible due to carrier restrictions.

• Plain brown outer carton
• No brand name, logo, or product description on the package
• No indication of adult or intimate contents
• An additional confidential inner box inside the outer carton

The product is securely packed inside the inner box, ensuring that the contents remain completely private, even if the package is seen or received by others.

All shipments are prepared in accordance with international shipping regulations. Product descriptions on shipping documents are neutral and non-explicit.
